Our Story...
Our story begins with my beloved Jack Russell Monty who moved with us to the beautiful town of Dawlish. He lived a long and happy life but shortly after our move, he sadly passed away from old age.
We're lucky enough to have lots of room and being in one of the most beautiful seaside towns in South Devon, we felt something was missing. So we decided to open our Georgian home and lovely setting to other dogs to provide the safe, happy and loving accommodation Monty once had.
We want every dog that stays with us to become 'Monty's Friend' (Stan lives here too) and to provide peace of mind to locals or holiday makers that their furry family member is being well looked after in a home from home environment. ​

Brock House
Your dog will be staying in Brock House, located in the centre of town and a stones throw away from the beach and close proximity to Dawlish Country Park and Haldon Forest. Your dog will be staying in complete comfort with our family and Stan the Collie whilst having amazing adventures in our fantastic surrounding areas.

Monty's Friends is fully insured and licenced (25/01484/ANIWEL) by Teignbridge District Council and you can download the certificate and policy document below.

If your dog is staying with us for the first time, we also ask you complete the pet visit agreement form but don't worry if you can't as we'll complete one with you when you come and see us.
